My name is George Shaffer. I am a retired associate professor of mathematics. I was a member of the "American Association of University Professors" for 16 years. I have taught at the high school level for 16 years and 21 years at the college level ( 16 years full time; 5 years part time). I have a special interest in electronics and have a hobby of amateur radio; my call sign is (W8NTX). I was first licensed in 1953 and have had over 53 years of enjoyable hamming. I spent two years teaching in Japan and my call sign there was (KA7GS). I am a member of "The American Society of Dowsers", I practice meditation and have had vivid psychic visions, mostly in full color . The following map is an example of these psychic dreams.

EARTH CHANGE MAP

The dark blue coloring on the map indicates the probable loss of land mass due to water inundation. The light blue coloring indicates less severe changes. These changes will begin in the year 2005
The vision of this map was shown to me in full color three different times over a period of two years.. Some parts of the map were shown to me as many as five different times. When I decided to publish this map, I thought I better ask for confirmation. On Feb., 12,1997 during meditation I saw this same map displayed in various shades of gray. Since this map was shown to me in shades of gray, I believe the map only represents probable earth changes that may occur (starting in the year 2005). I hope some have found this interesting. My reason for publishing this page is to get people thinking in a positive way. If we combine our thoughts and dreams on a specific subject we have the power to change the probable futures, so let's get our thoughts flowing in the right direction and give the human race a chance to move strongly into the 21st century. What good is prophecy if we can do nothing about it. We have been given free will for a reason, all we need to do is have a positive attitude and extend our love to all people.

SAYINGS

While in the hypnagogic state and also in the dream state, we at times hear a voice telling us something or a vision so profound that we know we have received a special message. The hypnagogic state is that state one is in just before awakening. I have received 14 such messages in the last five years. I will share some of these at this time and will try to interpret them. My interpretations may not be as good as yours so it may be interesting to see if you can do a better job than I. My interpretations will be in the form of a note just below each saying. In my normal awakened state I am not clever enough to have come up with these messages and therefore I feel honored to have received them.

On December 2nd 1992 I had a vision where I saw black and white hands one on top of the other "palm to palm"; no inner voice spoke to me at that time. A possible interpretation could be that gently laying one hand on top of another is an expression of love (just as a handshake is an expression of friendship). Six months after this vision I began hearing that little Inner Voice telling me the sayings.

6/4/1992- "We are the fences that we must constantly break through."

NOTE- The biggest problem we have is ourselves.

2/14/1993- "In the material world power goes to those who are mystic. In the spiritual world power goes to those who are undead."

NOTE- I sense that part of the meaning of the word "Undead" in the spiritual world was those who had vision. There was much more meaning to the word "Undead" than that. In fact too much for me to comprehend in my natural state.

3/12/1993- "Where you stand is where you land".

NOTE- I had the impression that this was a spiritual law. Where one stands in the material world is where one lands in the spiritual world.

6/19/1993- I heard the inner voice say, "Is it worth living?" then I said "Not if we continue on the course we are going."

NOTE- I had the impression it was meant as the whole population of the world.

1/1/1994- I heard a voice say, "You know where to go but First you must seek peace within yourself, then you may seek peace outside yourself".

NOTE- I do not believe any explanation is needed.

10/19/1994- I heard a voice say, "I would like to have a little more time. If I were to die today, I would like to postpone it."

NOTE- I have no idea why I received this message, unless this is what most humans would want to do.

8/20/1995- I heard that inner voice say to me, "Nature is as cruel as John Wayne's noose."

NOTE- I suppose this has to do with the actor John Wayne and one of his movies.

1/31/1996- The inner voice said to me, "The earth will shake beneath your feet."

NOTE- This probably has to do with earth changes.

12/27/1996- I heard the inner voice clearly say to me, "Dowsing has been mandatory for thousands of years."

NOTE- I have no explanation.

2/13/1997- This vision started as a dream and ended when I was in the hypnagogic state. The dream and saying follows: I was giving the devotional at a prayer breakfast and the subject was (how to pray). I said," We don't pray in a manner to expect success." I than stated, "We ask for too many things at once, and it seems to me we should pick just one subject and concentrate only on that." I had selected a person to pray for and handed pictures of this person to all present. I said, "Concentrate on this picture and think of it as this person's body." At this point a chorus of voices spoke to me saying, " To the souls of all our children." It was so loud I immediately awakened.

NOTE- The inner voice came while I was in the hypnagogic state. I believe I was being told not to pray to the body but to the souls of God's children.

9/25/1998- I heard the inner voice tell me "You have to stay on the edge of the river to know to river".

NOTE- I am not sure what this saying means. It was spoken so clearly I felt I should write it down. I have shown this saying to several people and each seems to have a slightly different interpretation. What do you think?

5/16/1999- I heard the inner voice say to me "Light is here and it has always been the answer".

NOTE- The interpretation is left to the reader .

5/21/1999- I heard the inner voice clearly say "I think you know that sometimes you  cannot  tell who the bad guys are .

NOTE- I have been anguishing over the war in Kosovo and I believe this saying was given to me because of this. Since the inner voice did not tell me who the good guys were I believe I can assume that NATO may be the good guys (this was the side that I favored). It is difficult to see how any warring parties can have a good side but I suppose in some instances this could be true.

7/20/00-  The Inner Voice spoke to me, "Have you seen the world in the beginning?".

Note-  I also received the impression that I had but that I don't remember it. I believe the "I" in this saying could mean any human. I also believe this is an interesting and thought-provoking saying.

Other interesting visions

11/5/98- I saw in clear detail clocks displayed to me one at a time (all shapes and sizes) and the clock hands did not seem to indicate any special time. I asked, " Why all of these clocks?" In the next scene I was shown the following symbol in a brilliant white color.

1/8/99- I was standing to the right of an image. The image glowed a beautiful golden color from head to foot and was dressed in a long robe. My body tingled all over, as it does when I am close to the spiritual realm. The image slowly moved away from me, then faded from my sight (not a word was spoken) . The image had a beautiful, bearded face with a peaceful expression and I emphasize again that the face, beard and all, had a beautiful golden glow. 

NOTE- When I awakened I felt as if I might have seen a Christ figure. I was told by a dream interpreter that it was a Christ figure (I just do not know for sure). It would be interesting to know how many others have had a similar vision.
 

8/13/99  I saw (in a vision) the following symbols one after another in the order shown.

NOTE(1)-  I am not quite sure of the meaning of this, but it seemed to be important.

NOTE(2)-  A reader of my Psychic Dream page sent me her explanation of the above vision. I found her explanation so compelling that I asked her if I could post it on some of my web pages.  The following is what she wrote (I have listed her name and e-mail address and feel free to write her if you desire).

The images that came to you on 8/13/99  explained themselves to be Christianity, Judaism, and Islam  does this

7-8-00  I saw the face of Christ, as seen on the shroud of Turin.  I was able to look directly into the eyes.

Note-  This was a clear "shades of gray" vision and lasted longer than usual.  Since I am a Christian I would recognize the Christ image as the "light of love". Other Christians might have seen a different image, the image that they would recognize as the Christ (light of love). Other love based religions would see the "light of love" as an image they would recognize as being that light. My impression was: no matter what image that an individual would see, it would be the same "light of love" for all.


2/5/01   I saw an airliner and all at once the nose section broke away and fell off toward the ground.  The vision then abruptly ended.

NOTE-  Here is what a reader of this vision wrote. What do you think?
"George,
I have had your site in my files for a long while.  I was just reading your February 5, 2001 vision about the aircraft with the nose section broken away and falling to the ground.  What you obviously saw was our plane that was
damaged by the Chinese!  Did you notice that the entire nose section of the plane was gone?  I check your site about twice a month to read about what you have seen.  VERY interesting stuff you have.

2/5/01  I saw the floor of the stock exchange, people waving their hands holding up small pieces of paper and other pieces of paper were being dropped to the floor. Many people were milling around and it looked like a normal day at the New York stock exchange.  The entire scene ended
in a cloud of smoke.

NOTE-  This is the third time I have seen this vision.  The other times were 2/2/01 and 2/4/01.  My dowsing indicated that the stock exchange will slow down and its slow down will last a little less than two years.  It is not going to be a disaster but will hurt the economy never the less.


1/21/01  I meditated about the country of South Africa.  I wanted to see what the future of this country would be.  I was shown people working in factories, doing desk jobs, Teachers and students in a classroom setting.  I saw the Legislature in session and it seemed to be functioning normally.  I did not see any unrest or violent demonstrations of any kind. In the very last scene I was shown people lying and standing and they were all red from head to foot. I had the indication that there was a severe plague and or disease that would or is inflicting a great number of the
citizens of South Africa.

NOTE-  This is not want I expected to see, I guess I expected to see a country in physical and moral decay.  This is not the indication I received, maybe the future bodes well for South Africa. This meditation was done by request from one of the readers of my my page.


10/1/01- I was meditating about where the next most probable terror attack would occur.  I was shown a U. S. postal service mail sorting room.

NOTE (1) -  I believe the next most probable terror attack will be against a U. S. postal building or building's somewhere in the U. S. A..  I was not given the information as to what building or in what state  this attack would occur.

NOTE (2) -  (10/12/01) - It seems as if I may have misinterpreted my vision.  It now looks like the post offices will be the means of conveying terror


(10/19/01) - I was meditating on what the next terror strike would look like in this country. I was shown a rural route mail box, I saw the mailbox being opened and a package removed. I saw a child eating some of the food that was delivered in this package.  I was given the strong impression that this food had been altered or tainted in some way that would be dangerous to the ones eating it.  I also had the impression that the food would appeal to those with a so-called sweet tooth and would especially appeal to children.

(NOTE-1)  I believe the terror through the mail service, in this country, will be extended to include more average citizens and especially those on rural route delivery. Be especially careful of any food delivered to you through the mail service.

(NOTE-2) (10/19/01) An Australian reader, of my web pages, sent me a dream that he had:

Dear George, my name is Dawn Pearce. I have had 3 dreams over the past three days, so far two have come true. Last night I was taken on a "fly around". I was taken to"catering"?company/section of a company which either supplies food to travel comapines/Airlines/Rail etc. The specific section I was taken to supplied desserts. I was shown that the desserts were being contaminated via the Icing sugar, which is sprinkled over the top of the

(3/11/02)-  I saw a large ship, it was on fire and blazing furiously.  It was difficult to tell but it looked like a
passenger liner.

NOTE 1-  It is highly probable that this could be a terrorist attack.
NOTE 2- It actually turned out to be an oil tanker.


9/29/02-- In this vision I saw a USA Post Office package drop with many people standing in line. These people were waiting to place packages in the bin.

NOTE--  I was given the impression that there could be danger associated with this act.  It looks as if our Postal Service is considered a rather safe way to spread terror.


11/30/02-- In a vision I received information that President Reagan would soon pass on.  Let's keep President
Reagan in our thoughts and prayers.

FINAL CONFLICT-- During the last several months I have been given the impression (through meditations) that
we are in the final conflict. I have hesitated to publish this because I am not completely sure what this means.  It
probably means different things to different people; ones religious preferences might dictate the meaning.

Those throughout the world that are caught up in the middle of this conflict would seem, to them, like a living hell.
Those that are living in a safe zone (I use the expression safe zone for lack of a better term) won't notice much
difference in their every day experiences.  It seems that most of the world leaders that are necessary to bring
about this conflict are already in place.  I believe this to be a highly probable event but there is always hope and I
believe our very thoughts can make the difference. Let's hope that the majority of the world population can put
hate on the back burner, so to speak, and turn to love. Love is a much more powerful tool then hate and we must
always remember that “love is the key”.

Important My Philosophy

7/31/06-- During the last several years many have written and asked when will the next world war start? I have told them that it has already started and the starting time is really hard to define. It is probably as much as seven to eight years ago.  This is not and will not be a conventional war, it is a religious war and will get more intense as the years move along.  There are parts of the world which will not see much violence but no country will completely escape.  The seeds for this war have been laid several generations ago where the young were taught to hate certain groups and they will not be deterred in their efforts. Let's hope that love prevails. I can still here that inner voice when it spoke to me "love is the key".
2/13/06 -- I have always wondered about all the various religions that we have in this world.  All of these religions
think they are the only ones that can offer their members salvation.  This has never made sense to me and I am
sure there are many others that have the same attitude.  What follows is my feeble attempt to try to make sense of
all of this.  All of these religions believe there is an afterlife and theirs is the only way to obtain it. I firmly believe
in the afterlife. I was raised a Christian and that is what I must be.  Are there only Christians in the afterlife?  I do
not think so.  I have searched the New Testament trying to find if the Christian philosophy might leave the door
open to individuals that were raised within a different religion.  If you do not believe in an afterlife there is no need
to read any further.

I have looked in Matthew, Mark and Luke  and may have found (in my opinion) how Jesus has opened the door to
all. I am sure others have found the same verses and may have come to my conclusion or maybe a totally different
opinion. It would be interesting to know what others think.  Here are the verses that I will use to make my point
(Matthew 22:37,38,39 - Mark 12: 28, 29, 30, 31 Luke 10: 26, 27  ). When Jesus was asked: What would individuals have to do to be assured that they will be with the father (God). He stated that the two most important things are:
1- love God the Father with all your heart and might. 2- love your neighbor as yourself.  He did not say be a
Christian.  I do not believe the Christian Church had been formed when these words were uttered. It seems to me if these two rules are at the focus of your life, you are well on the way to salvation.  I believe all the major religions
adhere to this principle.  All major religions have just one God. That God may be named differently in the various
religions but it is the same God no matter what name one attaches to him or her.

This is not an article to try to get people to change their religion but I would hope that if their particular leader does not teach love and respect for all humans, then find a leader (within the religion of your choice) that does teach the
idea of love for all.  If your leader does not teach this idea of love, walk away from that leader and find one that
does teach this.  There are a few bad apples in all religions; do not follow them because your salvation may be in
jeopardy.

During a meditation session (years ago) the inner voice spoke to me and I still clearly remember that voice telling
me "love is the key".  Others have e-mailed me and they tell me they have heard the same message. It is not important whether you believe or do not believe what I have written. What is important : Did I make you
think about your religion and salvation?

Some might say, George, this is too simplistic; the process is much more complicated than what you say. I say, If it
is more complicated then there will be no one in heaven. As humans we can never totally achieve this idea of love,
but we must try, and that is what is important.

I have always wondered what good prophecy does for the people of this world. Why do we need to know the future? Wouldn't it just make us paranoid if the future was not to our liking? For the sake of me I just can not understand why we are given this information. It seems that many of us are given prophecy and possibly everyone could get the information if they would try. If this is true there must be a very good reason why we are receiving it. Could free will be the reason? If things are not predetermined and we  are free to choose what direction we want to take then the future is not fixed. The prophecy we receive is only the probable future, coupling this with all the people of the world (each and every one using their free will) this would make the number of possible futures astronomical. This may be the very  reason we have prophecy is to get, not just a few people to change their ways but to get the majority of people to change their thinking in a positive way. If this is true we need to get the word out on a world wide bases to get things going in the direction of  good. Keep in mind, time may be running out for we earthlings and we need to start thinking a message of love and guard against those little hate thoughts ( that can creep into the back recesses of our minds). If we could master this, the human race could create the future they would desire. It is time to start! "Love is the key"

4/13/05-- Many of my readers have written me wondering why prophecy, many times, does not come about at the
time frame that is mentioned.  There are several reasons for this and I believe the main reason is that the so-called
spiritual world (just as real as the world we live in) does not work on a linear time frame.  In this spiritual world, I
believe everything happens at essentially the same time but on different levels of existence.  If this spiritual world
were to look at a particular past event (that occurred on earth) they would have to seek that particular level of
existence.  I also believe that this spiritual world can go to future earth events.  Those spirituals involved in this
endeavor would have to seek a level of existence that would relate to a future time frame for the world we humans
live in.  It would be difficult for the spiritual enmity to relate (the event they are seeing) to a specific linear time
frame on earth.  They may be able to get close to the correct time but never exactly. Please keep in mind that a
thousand years is just a snap of the fingers geologically speaking.

I believe the second reason (just as important as the first reason) would be that we humans have free will and our
combined thoughts can postpone events that occur on a linear time frame.  A linear time frame is what we humans
live in. These two thoughts are very difficult to grasp and understand and I am not sure the human brain is capable
of fully understanding this.  It always amuses me when individuals say that certain things are scientifically
impossible.  This just goes to show how vain we human can be.  We as humans know very little about the workings
of the universe. I always like to say that learning is climbing an endless ladder and we humans have not made it to
the first rung yet. If we do not exterminate ourselves we will eventually start climbing this ladder of knowledge but
not until we master the universal idea of LOVE.
